Complete the questionnaire and return to AJA Registrars who will review the information provided and prepare and issue a Proposal of Cost (Quotation) for a three-year Cycle.
Submit the signed and dated Application to confirm your intent to utilise the services of AJA Registrars. A Lead Auditor will be allocated to conduct your audits. We will contact you to agree a provisional schedule for the visits.
Once your company’s Procedures and Manuals and other system documentation are complete, these will be reviewed against the requirements of the relevant standard. This is referred to as a Stage 1 Audit.
The main registration is a full on-site audit of the entire system audited against each clause of the standard unless a valid exclusion of a particular clause has been applied.
Once a successful certificate decision has been made a Registration Certificate and Registration Schedule will be issued. The AJA Registrars registered company mark is now available to be used by AJA Registrars client companies.
Surveillances can take place on a 6 monthly or 12 monthly basis following the main registration audit. Each clause of the standard will be audited at least once during the surveillance period. A client may not progress to the next surveillance until a successful surveillance has been conducted.
