Step 1
Complete the questionnaire and return to AJA Registrars who will review the information provided and prepare and issue a Proposal of Cost (Quotation) for a three-year Cycle.

Step 2
Submit the signed and dated Application to confirm your intent to utilise the services of AJA Registrars. A Lead Auditor will be allocated to conduct your audits. We will contact you to agree a provisional schedule for the visits.

Step 3
Once your company’s Procedures and Manuals and other system documentation are complete, these will be reviewed against the requirements of the relevant standard. This is referred to as a Stage 1 Audit.

Step 4
The main registration is a full on-site audit of the entire system audited against each clause of the standard unless a valid exclusion of a particular clause has been applied.

Step 5
Once a successful certificate decision has been made a Registration Certificate and Registration Schedule will be issued. The AJA Registrars registered company mark is now available to be used by AJA Registrars client companies.

Step 6
Surveillances can take place on a 6 monthly or 12 monthly basis following the main registration audit. Each clause of the standard will be audited at least once during the surveillance period. A client may not progress to the next surveillance until a successful surveillance has been conducted.
